With over two decades of experience as a teacher, trainer, coach, mentor and orator, Jude Suresh Kumar is the visionary behind SHELBY Academy, founded on April 28, 2015, with the motto “Experience True Learning.”
His journey in education began with Montfort Institutes , where he developed a strong foundation in value-based learning. Over the years, he has worked with leading corporates, including TCS and HCL, specializing in Soft Skills, Leadership Development, and Communication Training. His passion for empowering individuals—be it students, professionals, or leaders—has shaped the academy’s mission to deliver engaging, impactful, and transformational learning experiences.
